1. Shipping Scope

We ship within the United States (including AK, HI, PR). International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)
  • Bulk Orders: May take 5–7 business days (contact us for details)

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

4. Fee Details

  • Orders under $50: $6 standard shipping
  • Oversized items (e.g., tool sets) may incur $3–$5 additional fees, displayed at checkout

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Orders over $100 require signature confirmation. Carriers will leave a redelivery notice for missed deliveries.

6. Remote Addresses

Deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas may experience 1–2 day delays.

7. Lost/Damaged Packages

Report lost or damaged orders within 7 days of the estimated delivery date via madere@brightenskin.com. We will assist with carrier claims or provide replacements.

8. Delays

9. Returns Shipping
