Overview

At Brighten Skin LLC, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used facial tools (e.g., rollers, brushes, or extraction tools) due to hygiene considerations
  • Final sale items (marked explicitly on the product page)

Requirements for Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is acceptable).

 

Please do not send your purchase back to any third-party manufacturers.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted in the following situations:

 

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products with signs of use, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

 

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. Contact your bank for further clarification

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item:

  2. Ship your item to:

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once processed.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to the address listed under “Exchanges.”

 

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

 

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
